1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address, company name, and content URLs you submit for analysis. We also collect usage data including visibility check results, GEO scores, and platform interactions.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the GeoEasy.ai service, send transactional emails (verification codes, alerts), improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account and subscription.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (Azure, Stripe) necessary to operate the platform. Public audit results for domains may appear on our public leaderboard without identifying the user who submitted them.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Public audit results may be retained indefinitely for leaderboard purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and multi-tenant isolation to protect your data. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes.
