1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GeoEasy.ai you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

GeoEasy.ai provides AI visibility tracking, GEO scoring, competitor benchmarking, and content analysis tools for businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account or use the service to monitor domains you do not own or have authorisation to analyse.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use GeoEasy.ai to scrape or reverse-engineer AI platforms, to harass or spam, to circumvent platform rate limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Public audit tool

The free public audit tool is limited to 3 audits per email address. Results for any publicly submitted domain may appear on our public leaderboard. Do not submit domains you do not have permission to analyse.

6. Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 30 days of a charge for valid technical issues.

7. Intellectual property

GeoEasy.ai and its content are owned by AI Demyst Ltd. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content for analysis you grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the service.

8. Limitation of liability

GeoEasy.ai is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
